Glasswells Win Again
Glasswells World of Furniture, based throughout East Anglia, has won a top industry award in the 2005 AIS (Associated Independent Stores) ceremony. Winning the highly acclaimed AIS Member of the Year Award was an outstanding achievement considering it is Glasswells’ second AIS award within just three years. The award criteria are strict and are judged by Glasswell’s suppliers, each rating particular areas of service using a points scoring system. Glasswells came top of the list, above over 115 other AIS members in the category. This achievement recognises the high standards of service they offer, their product display and presentation, the professionalism of staff coupled with their overall helpfulness through customer care, product knowledge and after sales help, as well as their standards of administration and care towards the products they have in storage. |
