It's All Positive at Glasswells

Family furnishers Glasswells have reacted to the current economic challenges with amazing price reductions and their latest stock refurbishment in their Bury store and, along with the input from a new Sales Manager, are focussing on ensuring their products remain appealing to customers whilst keeping sales on track.

Paul Glasswell is the driving force behind the company's promotions and with the assistance of Kevin Robertson, the newly appointed Sales Manager, and the entire Glasswells team, the store is continuing to stay busy. Kevin takes over many responsibilities from previous Sales Director Robert Hawkins who has decided to reduce his working week and undertake the new role of Operations Director in his part-time capacity.

Focusing on overseeing the sales, promotion and staff within the five stores throughout East Anglia, Kevin's 16 years' experience within the furnishing industry is having a positive effect. He is helping to ensure all staff continue to be as customer focused as ever and is doing everything possible to make certain that the Glasswells shopping experience continues to be one to remember.

Kevin adds, "e;After many years working for national multiple furniture stores, I wanted a change and the thought of working for a more individual company was very appealing - Glasswells is perfect. Their family values make them unique and with stores throughout East Anglia there is still plenty to do. Unlike the chain stores who are often restricted by working to set and repetitive formats, Glasswells have the ability to be more diverse and react quickly to their valued customers, ensuring they continue to offer great choice and good value, all backed up with the excellent customer service associated with Glasswells."e;
