Three new appointments at Glasswells Ipswich showroom

Glasswells has appointed three new staff members at its new Ipswich home furnishings store on Ranelagh Road in Ipswich.

Joining the existing 70-strong team are experienced retail professionals, Mark Burman, Peter Cleave and Craig Hollis.

Mark, the new furniture manager, and Peter, a furniture sales consultant, both join Glasswells from one of the UK's leading national retailers of home furnishings and DIY equipment. Craig Hollis, the new sales consultant in Glasswells carpet department, gained his experience with a locally based home furnishings retailer. At the same time, Linda Hewitt has been promoted to supervisor in the linens department.

Andrea Johnston, manager of the Ipswich store said, "e;We're delighted to welcome these new additions to our team. Each brings a wealth of useful experience. They've been appointed partly on the basis of their skills, but just as importantly, because of their commitment to customer service."e;

Glasswells opened its 73,000 sq. ft. showroom in Ipswich in December, adding to existing showrooms in Bury St Edmunds, Martlesham Heath, Haverhill and Saffron Walden.

On display at the Glasswells Park showroom in Ipswich are wide choices of bedroom, lounge and dining furniture, hand-picked to suit all tastes and design preferences, as well as beautiful linens, carpets, curtaining, kitchenware, gifts, lighting and much more.
